A traditional buffet is something most people should have experienced once in their life, But… Nowhere in the catering industry from Sydney to the Upper Hunter is there a buffet menu as the experience of the Cateraid Buffet menu.
This menu has evolved over the last 20 years of life experiences of our CEO. These include buffets such as: The Fijian wedding dinner, the American breakfast, the Belgium long lunch etc.
Although Event buffet catering may be considered mundane, the options within our menu selections are far from boring. The latest dishes, prepared by creative chefs in a commercial kitchen. No spits (unless you order the whole pig) and not a foam broccoli box in sight.
Our food is prepared market/farm fresh on the day prior to your event with all the final touches being done on the day. Everything is then transported to your event site in temperature control vessels.
Our qualified friendly hospitality trained staff will look after your guests appetites until satisfied. The design is always customised to each event and can(and have)include timber displays, wine barrels, illumination and would you believe water fountains and flowers in abundance. The design is as limited as your event stylists or your own imagination.
